Pansy is operated by Crop Top LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Pansy (“Pansy,” “we,” “us” or “our”).

2. Orders and payment

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and authorized to use your payment method.

Prices are in US dollars. Prices, shipping charges and taxes we collect are shown before payment. We do not charge a separate website-access fee.

Colors may vary slightly between dye batches and may appear differently depending on your screen.

Your order is an offer to buy the items ordered. An automated order acknowledgment does not by itself constitute acceptance. We accept your order for an item when we ship that item.

Before acceptance, we may decline or cancel an order because of product unavailability, an obvious pricing or description error, or reasonably suspected fraud or unauthorized payment. We will notify you and promptly refund any payment for cancelled items and associated charges.

3. Shipping and returns

Shipping information appears at checkout and on our Questions page. If shipment is delayed, we will provide any notices, cancellation options and refunds required by applicable law.

International orders may incur import duties, taxes and customs charges. You are responsible for these charges unless included at checkout.

Our Returns Policy forms part of these terms. Its ordinary conditions apply to change-of-mind returns. For defective, damaged or incorrect items, contact us.

Where EU or UK consumer law applies, we are under a legal duty to supply goods that conform to the contract. Nothing in these terms or our Returns Policy limits statutory cancellation rights or remedies for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. Website use and privacy

We or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in our website content. You may use the website for lawful shopping and informational purposes. You may not copy, distribute, modify or commercially exploit its content without permission, except as permitted by law.

You must not use the website unlawfully, gain unauthorized access or interfere with its operation.

5. General

California law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your place of residence.

We may update these terms for future orders and future use of the website. The terms and Returns Policy accepted when an order is placed govern that order.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
